Product Description
TL Series orbital hydraulic motor is a compact medium-duty Low Speed High Torque (LSHT) Geroler motor, shortened optimized structure based on TG series, saving installation space while maintaining stable power output.
It adopts reinforced roller gerotor assembly and integrated high-pressure shaft seal without extra case drain pipeline, with continuous spline oil flushing to reduce internal wear. Max intermittent pressure reaches 241 bar, dynamic side load capacity up to 16013 N, featuring ultra-smooth low-speed rotation, low vibration and high volumetric efficiency.
Multiple displacements, SAE flange & wheel hub mounting, key/spline shaft options support full interchange with Parker TL series, widely applied to turf equipment, agricultural machinery, aerial work platforms, small construction and transport vehicles.

Its maximum intermittent peak pressure can reach 241 bar (3500 PSI).
Long-term operation under intermittent peak pressure is not advised.
This practice can effectively prolong the motor’s service life.
4. Can TL Series Orbit Motor replace other brands?
Our TL series orbit motor is fully mechanically interchangeable with original Parker TL Torqmotor series. Same displacement, flange, shaft, port dimensions allow direct installation without equipment modification.
It matches the original pressure, torque and speed performance to meet the power demand of the host machine.
For other brands’ orbital motors, replacement is available after checking key parameters including displacement, mounting flange, shaft spline, working pressure and port layout. Custom shafts or flanges can be supplied if size mismatch occurs.
The built-in high-pressure shaft seal and spline oil flushing design keep consistent service life and reliability as imported original motors.
We offer customized mounting and shaft options to realize replacement for most mainstream medium-duty orbit motor brands in the market.
