Product Description
OMT and OMV series are heavy-duty low-speed high-torque orbital hydraulic motors, upgraded based on disc valve geroller technology. Designed for heavy-load mobile machinery, OMT covers displacement 160–500cc/rev, while OMV ranges from 315–800cc/rev for ultra-large torque demand.
Reinforced tapered roller bearings and thick ductile iron housing deliver outstanding radial load capacity. The built-in wear compensation valve plate maintains long-term high volumetric efficiency, stable low-speed rotation without crawling. Fully interchangeable with Danfoss original OMT & OMV motors, it serves as a cost-effective aftermarket replacement for heavy agricultural, construction and forestry equipment.

Extra Large Output Torque
Larger geroller rotor assembly generates massive constant torque, ideal for heavy wheel drive, large winches and heavy slewing mechanisms.
Heavy-Duty Reinforced Structure
Thickened ductile iron housing + double-row tapered roller bearings withstand heavy radial impact loads, no extra reducer required for heavy loads.
Stable Low-Speed Performance
Disc valve with automatic wear compensation eliminates low-speed jitter; smooth bi-directional rotation even under extreme heavy load.
High Pressure Resistance
Max continuous working pressure 210 bar, intermittent peak pressure up to 275 bar, fits high-pressure hydraulic systems.
Complete Modular Customization
Multiple flanges, port layouts, spline shafts, optional integrated multi-disc brake and speed sensor; OEM logo & custom packaging supported.
Perfect Interchangeability
Identical mounting dimensions, port positions and performance parameters with Danfoss OMT/OMV series, direct plug-and-play replacement.

1. What is the OMT OMV Series Orbital Motors ?
Heavy-duty reinforced structure: Thickened ductile iron housing + double-row tapered roller bearings for huge radial loads, suitable for heavy wheel and winch drive without extra reducers.
Disc valve with auto wear compensation: Stable volumetric efficiency, smooth low-speed rotation without crawling under heavy loads.
High pressure resistance: 210 bar continuous pressure, peak 275 bar, fits heavy high-pressure hydraulic circuits.
Large displacement & ultra-high torque: OMT 160–500cc, OMV 315–800cc, maximum torque up to 1950 N·m.
Full interchangeability: 1:1 match Danfoss OMT/OMV, modular flanges, shafts and optional integrated brakes.
3. What is the working pressure range of OMT OMV Series Orbital Motors ?
Continuous rated pressure: 210 bar (3045 PSI)
This is the long-term stable operating pressure for daily heavy-duty work, guaranteeing service life and stable efficiency of the motor.
Intermittent peak pressure: 275 bar (3990 PSI)
Only applicable for short instant overload impact, continuous operation under this pressure will cause accelerated wear and overheating.
Permissible return back pressure: 100 bar
Supports high back-pressure series hydraulic circuits, widely used on multi-motor drive heavy machinery
4. Can OMT OMV Series Orbital Motors replace other brands?
Sauer Danfoss OMT & OMV Series (Primary Matching Model)
All displacement ranges (OMT 160–500cc, OMV 315–800cc) share identical flange hole spacing, oil port layout, spline shaft size and pressure/torque parameters with original Danfoss OMT/OMV motors. Plug-and-play installation without cutting hoses or reworking equipment frames, ideal for machine repair and aftermarket upgrades.
Eaton Char-Lynn 6000 Heavy-Duty Series
They match the outline, load capacity and working pressure of Eaton 6000 orbital motors, widely substituted on large harvesters, heavy rollers and industrial winches.
Other Interchangeable Brands
Also fully compatible with M+S MT/MLHT & MV/MLHV series, White heavy-duty orbital motors. Consistent torque, speed and pressure performance fits all heavy mobile machinery.
Uniform overall outline, mounting flange and output spline standards
Matched continuous 210 bar & peak 275 bar pressure performance
Optional integrated brake, speed sensor and port layouts to match original factory configurations
Shorter lead time and lower cost compared with imported original motors
5. What hydraulic oil is recommended for OMT OMV Series Orbital Motors ?
ISO VG46 is the universal first choice for heavy-load, high-temperature construction, forestry and large agricultural machinery.
ISO VG32 fits mild climate and medium-load equipment.
Oil cleanliness must reach ISO 4406 22/20/16 (NAS 8) or higher.
6. What is the typical speed range of OMT OMV Series Orbital Motors ?
Low-speed limit
OMT minimum stable speed is 10 rpm; OMV ultra-large displacement motors reach 8 rpm. Both maintain steady torque without jitter even under full heavy load, perfect for heavy wheel hubs, large winches and heavy slewing drives.
Do not run continuously above the rated max speed, otherwise overheating and accelerated wear of internal geroller and bearings will occur.
Practical common working speed
For heavy agricultural, construction and forestry machinery, long-term stable operating speed usually falls within 30–800 rpm. Larger displacement OMV models mostly work below 500 rpm for maximum torque output.
7. Do you provide OEM or customized services?

The Green hydraulic pump manufacturing facility is a specialized industrial plant that focuses on producing hydraulic pumps and related components. These factories are equipped with advanced machinery and technology to fabricate high-quality pumps designed for a wide range of applications, from heavy equipment and machinery to automotive and industrial systems.
The production process typically involves precision engineering, where raw materials like metals and alloys are processed into pump components such as gears, pistons, cylinders, and seals. These parts are then assembled into fully functional hydraulic pumps, which are tested for performance and quality control to ensure reliability, efficiency, and durability under various working conditions.
