Product Description
OMR, OMP and OMH series are fixed-displacement gerotor orbital hydraulic motors, also known as low-speed high-torque (LSHT) motors. The three models cover light, medium and heavy load grades respectively. With compact geroler internal structure, stable low-speed output and high efficiency, they are fully interchangeable with Danfoss original orbital motors for agricultural and construction machinery hydraulic drive overhaul & new assembly.
Superior Low-speed Performance: Maintain stable high torque at ultra-low speed without extra reduction gearbox.
Complete Interchangeability: Dimensional & mounting parameters match Danfoss OMP/OMR/OMH, direct replacement without modification.
Durable Gerotor Core: Alloy steel stator-rotor pair with surface quenching, low internal leakage and long service life.
Diversified Customization: Optional shaft types, brake valve, speed sensor, two-way oil ports for different installation demands.
Cost-saving Domestic Alternative: Fast delivery, sufficient stock, lower cost than genuine imported motors with equal working performance.

Factory&FAQ
OMR OMP OMH Series Orbital Motors are typically packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. The packaging includes:
Protective Wrapping: To safeguard the pump from environmental damage.
Custom Crates: For larger, heavier pumps, ensuring safe handling.
Documentation: Includes installation, maintenance instructions, and warranty details.
Delivery time depends on the model, customizations, and location but typically ranges from 2 to 6 weeks from the order date.
1. What is the OMR OMP OMH Series Orbital Motors ?
OMP: Compact lightweight type, lower pressure, higher speed, small torque, for light-duty equipment.
OMR: Reinforced structure, higher pressure & bigger torque, same mounting size as OMP, interchangeable with OMP.
OMH: Heavy-duty heavy-load model, largest torque and highest pressure resistance among the three, for heavy working conditions.
All feature compact body, high starting torque, bidirectional rotation, automatic wear clearance compensation, fit both open and closed hydraulic circuits
Complete spare parts and overhaul kits available, OEM customization supported.
3. What is the working pressure range of OMR OMP OMH Series Orbital Motors ?
OMP: Continuous 140–175 bar, peak 200 bar
OMR: Continuous 175–200 bar, peak 240 bar
OMH: Continuous 200 bar, peak 240 bar
4. Can OMR OMP OMH Series Orbital Motors replace other brands?
Our OMR, OMP, OMH series orbital motors are fully interchangeable with original Danfoss motors of the same model and displacement without modification.
Compatible equivalent replacement: It can replace M+S MP/MR/MH series, domestic BM series orbital motors with matching flange, shaft, displacement and pressure parameters.
Not directly interchangeable: Cannot fit piston motors, bent-axis motors, or orbital motors with different mounting sizes, port positions and internal gerotor structures (such as Eaton 2K/6K series, Rexroth MCR series) directly.
If you provide the original part number, we can confirm matching specifications to realize seamless replacement.
5. What hydraulic oil is recommended for OMR OMP OMH Series Orbital Motors ?
Operating temperature: -20℃ ~ +80℃
Standard motors are equipped with NBR seals; Viton fluorine rubber seals are optional for high-temperature working conditions. Avoid hydraulic oil with excessive impurity content to extend service life of gerotor components.
6. What is the typical speed range of OMR OMP OMH Series Orbital Motors ?
OMP: 5 ~ 1000 rpm
OMR: 5 ~ 800 rpm
OMH: 5 ~ 600 rpm
5 rpm is the minimum stable non-stall speed for all three models.
7. Do you provide OEM or customized services?
OEM: Custom logo, neutral packing, private carton printing;
Customization: Special output shafts, brake valve assemblies, high-temperature Viton sealing kits, and special displacement parts upon request.

The Green hydraulic pump manufacturing facility is a specialized industrial plant that focuses on producing hydraulic pumps and related components. These factories are equipped with advanced machinery and technology to fabricate high-quality pumps designed for a wide range of applications, from heavy equipment and machinery to automotive and industrial systems.
The production process typically involves precision engineering, where raw materials like metals and alloys are processed into pump components such as gears, pistons, cylinders, and seals. These parts are then assembled into fully functional hydraulic pumps, which are tested for performance and quality control to ensure reliability, efficiency, and durability under various working conditions.
