Our A4VG closed-circuit axial variable piston pumps are engineered as drop-in replacements for Rexroth original units, covering 5 mainstream displacements: A4VG100, A4VG105, A4VG110, A4VG125, A4VG140. Built with swashplate design, each pump integrates an internal charge pump, pressure relief valves and multi-mode control valve block in one compact housing. Rated working pressure reaches 400 bar, delivering steady, high-torque power output under heavy loads. It excels in harsh working environments with low noise, high efficiency and long service life, widely adopted for hydrostatic travel drive systems of construction and agricultural machinery.

Minimum stable operating speed: 600 rpm
Smooth flow output without pulsation or cavitation under normal inlet pressure; prolonged operation below 600 rpm will cause insufficient internal lubrication and accelerated wear.
Standard rated test speed: 1800 rpm
All official flow, power and efficiency data are calibrated at 1800 rpm.
Maximum continuous allowable speed: 2400 rpm
Both PVG100 and PVG130 share the same upper continuous speed limit; long-term running over 2400 rpm is forbidden without factory approval.
Extra note
Custom higher speeds over 2400 rpm can be supported only after technical consultation with the manufacturer. Do not idle at zero displacement for more than 30 minutes continuously at any speed.
