Our A4VG closed-circuit axial variable piston pumps are engineered as drop-in replacements for Rexroth original units, covering 5 mainstream displacements: A4VG100, A4VG105, A4VG110, A4VG125, A4VG140. Built with swashplate design, each pump integrates an internal charge pump, pressure relief valves and multi-mode control valve block in one compact housing. Rated working pressure reaches 400 bar, delivering steady, high-torque power output under heavy loads. It excels in harsh working environments with low noise, high efficiency and long service life, widely adopted for hydrostatic travel drive systems of construction and agricultural machinery.

    1. Direct replacement for original Oilgear PVG100 / PVG130Our PVG100 and PVG130 pumps are fully interchangeable with genuine Oilgear PVG series pumps. They adopt identical SAE mounting flange, drive spline, port layout, displacement and control interface. No mechanical modification is required when replacing original Oilgear units, and all system control functions remain consistent.
    2. Compatible alternative for Danfoss equivalent PVG pumpsIf the suffix model codes (control type, through-drive, port position) match, our PVG100/PVG130 can directly replace Danfoss PVG100/130 pumps without chassis or piping adjustment.
    3. Limitations for other brand pumps (Rexroth, Parker, Eaton, etc.)It cannot serve as a direct drop-in replacement for variable piston pumps from Rexroth, Parker, Eaton, Kawasaki or other different series brands.     Both PVG100 and PVG130 share the same upper continuous speed limit; long-term running over 2400 rpm is forbidden without factory approval.

    Custom higher speeds over 2400 rpm can be supported only after technical consultation with the manufacturer. Do not idle at zero displacement for more than 30 minutes continuously at any speed.
