1. What is the BZZ2 Hydraulic Steering Unit ?
The BZZ2 hydraulic steering unit is an open-center reaction type orbital orbitrol steering control unit, built with integrated rotary valve and 6/7 tooth gerotor stator-rotor assembly.
It features steering wheel reaction feedback design, standard universal mounting structure compatible with mainstream orbitrol models. When hydraulic power fails, it can serve as a manual pump for emergency steering. Multiple displacement options from 50ml/r to 400ml/r are available, with max working pressure up to 16MPa. Light operating torque delivers smooth control, widely matched to tractors, loaders, forklifts and other low-speed heavy-duty mobile machinery.
