Product Description
101S hydraulic steering unit is an upgraded integrated orbital steering unit for construction and agricultural machinery. It integrates safety valve, dual shock relief valves and charge valve into one body without any external valve blocks. Adopting standard international mounting structure and 6/7 tooth gerotor design, it is fully interchangeable with OSPC, BZZ and other mainstream steering units. It features compact structure, fewer leakage points and stable system performance.

Low operation torque for flexible control. Internal check valve stops oil backflow to eliminate steering wheel rebound on bumpy ground.

The precision gerotor metering pair supports manual steering when hydraulic power fails, guaranteeing vehicle driving safety.
Wide displacement coverage
Displacements range from 50ml/r to 400ml/r, matching light to heavy-duty agricultural and construction equipment.
Stable and long service life
High-precision cast iron body and wear-resistant stator-rotor pair maintain high volumetric efficiency under continuous high pressure, with low vibration and noise.
Wide working adaptability
Stably operates at -20℃ to +80℃, compatible with ISO VG32/VG46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.
