Note: Peak pressure is only allowed for short-time overload operation. Long-term running shall stay within continuous rated pressure to extend motor service life.
4. Can BK2 Orbit Motor replace other brands?
Perfect interchange with Eaton Char-Lynn 2000 / 2K series: same 2-hole SAE flange, shaft sizes, port layout and torque-speed performance
Compatible with Danfoss OMS series and M+S MS series orbit motors of matching displacement and mounting standard.
Multiple optional shafts (straight key, involute spline, tapered spline) and customized port threads support matching most domestic Chinese BM2/BMS hydraulic motors.
Identical pressure, torque and speed parameters guarantee consistent machine running performance after replacement.
Custom brake assembly, special flanges and output shafts can be made for non-standard brand models upon request.
6. What is the typical speed range of BK2 Orbit Motor ?
Its rated speed varies by displacement.
The full speed range covers 230 RPM to 865 RPM.
Small-displacement models run faster.
Large-displacement versions output higher torque at lower speeds.
