1. What is the DZ pressure valve ?
It is a pilot‑operated hydraulic sequence valve with ISO standard subplate mounting. The valve stays closed until system pressure reaches preset value, then opens to activate the secondary hydraulic circuit. It is composed of main spool assembly and pilot pressure adjustment unit. Optional built‑in check valve permits free reverse flow for load return. It supports multiple pilot control modes to satisfy diverse circuit requirements.
2. What makes the DZ pressure valve ?
It adopts pilot‑operated structure for accurate and stable pressure‑sequence control, supports internal / external pilot and drain modes for flexible hydraulic circuit design, and optional built‑in check valve enables free reverse oil flow for load return. Hardened main spool reduces internal leakage and extends service life, multiple pressure grades and various adjustment forms meet different operation demands. 3. What is the working pressure range of DZ pressure valve ?
The maximum operating pressure for port A, B and X reaches 315 bar, its adjustable sequence pressure ranges from 10‑315 bar with multiple optional pressure grades. The drain port Y can also bear maximum back‑pressure up to 315 bar. The actual opening pressure setting must be lower than the maximum system pressure for proper sequence‑control performance.
4. Can DZ pressure valve replace other brands?
It can serve as an alternative to other‑brand sequence valves under ISO 5781 standard mounting dimensions. Before replacement, please check key parameters including working pressure range, flow capacity, pressure grade, pilot‑control mode and whether a built‑in check valve is required. Customized solutions are available to meet special system requirements.
5. What is the Response / Switching frequency of DZ pressure valve ?
As a pilot‑operated hydraulic sequence valve, it has typical pressure‑response time of 50‑150 ms. It is designed for steady‑state sequential control rather than high‑frequency cyclic switching. Its actual response performance will be influenced by system flow rate, oil viscosity and pipeline layout. Frequent rapid switching is not recommended for long‑term service life.
