Product Description
DBE(M)/EDG pressure valves are proportional pressure control valves. DBE(M) is pilot‑operated proportional relief valve; EDG is direct‑acting proportional relief valve. They realize stepless continuous pressure adjustment according to electric input signal. DBE(M) version can be equipped with mechanical over‑pressure safety protection. Integrated or external amplifier options are available. With ISO standard sub‑plate mounting, they feature high pressure control accuracy and good linear performance. Widely adopted for variable pressure setting in hydraulic test benches, injection molding machines and automated hydraulic power units.

DBE(M) adopts pilot‑operated structure while EDG uses direct‑acting design, both provide excellent linear performance and low hysteresis for accurate proportional pressure control.
Stepless pressure adjustment via analog electrical input signal enables flexible remote pressure setting to match varying cycle requirements of automated systems.
DBE(M) version supports optional mechanical over‑pressure safety protection, offering double‑safety guarantee for hydraulic equipment.
Integrated amplifier or external drive options accommodate different electrical cabinet layout demands.
ISO standard sub‑plate mounting ensures high interchangeability with mainstream brand valves for convenient installation and replacement.
Various pressure ranges and multiple signal types (0‑10 V, 4‑20 mA) fit global industrial control standards.
Optional FKM seals support special hydraulic media to extend application scope.
DBE(M) covers large‑flow conditions with NG10, NG20, NG30 sizes; compact EDG is optimized for small‑flow systems with fast‑response demands.

Applications
DBE(M)/EDG pressure valves are high‑precision proportional pressure control components. DBE(M) pilot‑operated type is suitable for large‑flow hydraulic systems, widely used in hydraulic test benches, metallurgical machinery, injection molding machines and automated hydraulic power units. It realizes stepless remote pressure adjustment, and optional mechanical over‑pressure protection provides double safety for equipment.
EDG direct‑acting proportional relief valve is designed for small‑flow systems requiring fast response. It fits laboratory test equipment, precision pressure calibration devices and compact hydraulic stations. Both valves are perfect for applications where pressure needs continuous, programmable adjustment according to working cycles.

1. What is the DBE(M)EDG pressure valve ?
DBE(M)/EDG pressure valves are proportional relief valves. DBE(M) is pilot‑operated type for large‑flow systems; EDG is direct‑acting type for small‑flow applications. They achieve stepless continuous pressure adjustment via analog electric input signal. DBE(M) supports optional mechanical over‑pressure safety protection, with integrated or external amplifier available. ISO standard sub‑plate mounting, they are core proportional pressure control parts for automated hydraulic systems and test benches.
2. What makes the DBE(M)EDG pressure valve ?
DBE(M) adopts pilot‑operated structure for large‑flow conditions while EDG uses direct‑acting design for fast‑response small‑flow systems, both feature excellent linearity and low hysteresis for precise proportional pressure control. They support stepless pressure adjustment via 0‑10 V or 4‑20 mA analog signal for remote programmable pressure setting. DBE(M) offers optional mechanical over‑pressure protection, integrated amplifier or external drive. ISO standard sub‑plate mounting ensures good interchangeability. Multiple pressure ranges and optional FKM seals are available. Sizes NG10, NG20, NG30 for DBE(M) and NG6 for EDG cover various industrial hydraulic flow requirements.
3. What is the working pressure range of DBE(M)EDG pressure valve ?
The maximum working pressure at main ports P/A is up to 31.5 MPa (315 bar). The maximum allowable pressure for return port T is 10 MPa (100 bar). Multiple pressure setting options including 50 bar, 100 bar, 200 bar and 315 bar are available to meet different system demands.
4. Can DBE(M)EDG pressure valve replace other brands?
Yes, it can replace valves of mainstream brands. Its mounting dimensions comply with ISO standard. Besides nominal size, pressure range and flow capacity, you also need to confirm control signal type and amplifier solution for proportional models. Electrical parameters must match the existing control system. Customized options are available for special working conditions.
5. What is the Response / Switching frequency of DBE(M)EDG pressure valve ?
DBE(M) pilot‑operated type typical response time ranges from 80‑150 ms. EDG direct‑acting version delivers faster response around 30‑60 ms. They are designed for programmable stepless pressure regulation rather than high‑frequency on‑off switching. Actual dynamic performance is greatly affected by system flow, oil viscosity and amplifier parameter settings.
