1. What is the 4WEH Directional Valve ?
The 4WEH directional valve is a pilot‑operated electro‑hydraulic spool valve for heavy‑duty hydraulics. It controls the start, stop and flow direction of hydraulic cylinders and motors, with ISO 4401 subplate mounting, multiple sizes, up to 350 bar pressure and 1100 L/min flow. It can directly replace Rexroth 4WEH series for new machines and maintenance.
2. What makes the 4WEH Directional Valve ?
It adopts two‑stage pilot‑operated design, using small pilot solenoid to drive large‑flow main spool, supporting up to 350 bar high pressure and large flow up to 1100 L/min. With ISO 4401 standard mounting, internal/external pilot oil switchable, optional manual override and multiple spool functions, it offers great flexibility and full interchangeability for Rexroth original valves for heavy‑duty hydraulic systems.
3. What is the working pressure range of 4WEH Directional Valve ?
Its maximum working pressure for P, A and B ports is 350 bar. The T‑port pressure is 250 bar for external pilot drain and 160‑210 bar for internal pilot drain, while the maximum pilot pressure reaches 250 bar.
4. Can 4WEH Directional Valve replace other brands?
This 4WEH directional valve is fully drop‑in compatible with Rexroth original 4WEH series for direct replacement, matching ISO 4401 mounting dimension, spool functions and hydraulic‑electrical parameters. It is mainly designed as a substitute for Rexroth units; please verify spool type, voltage and working conditions if replacing valves from other brands.
5. What is the Response / Switching frequency of 4WEH Directional Valve ?
Its switching time ranges from 40‑160 ms depending on valve size, pilot pressure and throttle insert setting. The maximum switching frequency is around 7200 cycles per hour under standard conditions. Response performance will vary with oil viscosity, working pressure and actual system configuration.
