1. What is the PV23 pump/motor ?
PV23 is a swash plate variable displacement axial piston pump, matched with MF23 fixed displacement axial piston motor. They belong to Sauer 20 series closed-circuit hydrostatic transmission units, built-in charge pump and flushing valve, widely used for concrete mixer trucks and mobile heavy machinery.
2. What makes the PV23 pump/motor ?
PV23 pump matched with MF23 motor adopts swash plate axial piston design for closed-circuit system. It comes with integrated charge pump, relief valve and flushing valve. Featuring high working pressure, high efficiency and stable performance, it is a direct interchangeable replacement for original Sauer 20 series units, ideal for concrete mixer trucks.
3. What is the working pressure range of PV23 pump/motor ?
The rated continuous working pressure is 21 MPa, maximum instantaneous pressure reaches 35 MPa. It is designed for heavy-duty closed-circuit hydrostatic transmission systems and widely matched for concrete mixer trucks.
4. Can PV23 pump/motor replace other brands?
Our PV23 pump & MF23 motor are fully interchangeable with original Sauer Sundstrand 20 series units. Same mounting dimensions, shaft size and hydraulic performance for direct replacement. It cannot directly match other different series hydraulic pumps/motors without system modification.
5. What is the typical speed range of PV23 pump/motor ?
The continuous operating speed ranges from 500 rpm to 2590 rpm. Rated working speed is 1500 rpm. Please avoid long-term operation exceeding the maximum speed to extend service life.
