DSHG directional valve is a pilot‑operated electro‑hydraulic directional control valve with two‑stage structure. A small‑power solenoid pilot valve drives the main spool to switch oil flow direction. It adopts ISO4401 standard plate mounting, suitable for high‑pressure and large‑flow heavy‑duty hydraulic systems. Multiple spool functions and solenoid coil options are available. It is fully interchangeable with YUKEN DSHG series for injection molding machines, machine tools, metallurgical and construction machinery.
2. What makes the DSHG Directional Valve ?
It adopts two‑stage pilot‑operated electro‑hydraulic structure. Low‑power wet‑type solenoid pilot drives the main spool for high‑pressure and large‑flow switching. Optimized internal flow path brings low pressure drop and stable commutation. It supports internal / external pilot oil supply, multiple spool functions and AC/DC coil options. With ISO4401 standard mounting dimensions, it is fully interchangeable with YUKEN DSHG series for heavy‑duty hydraulic systems.
3. What is the working pressure range of DSHG Directional Valve ?
The main port maximum working pressure reaches 31.5 MPa. The required pilot pressure ranges from 0.8‑1.0 MPa for reliable spool shifting. Allowable back pressure varies with internal or external drain modes. Please do not exceed the rated pressure to maintain valve service life.
4. Can DSHG Directional Valve replace other brands?
Yes. It follows ISO4401 standard mounting dimensions and can directly replace YUKEN DSHG‑series valves without mechanical modification. Please confirm spool function, size, coil voltage, pilot and drain modes before replacement. Send over your original model number or drawing for precise matching.
5. What is the Response / Switching frequency of DSHG Directional Valve ?
Switching performance relates to valve size and pilot pressure. Max allowable switching frequency: 120 cycles/min. Larger valves have slower response. Over‑frequent switching causes heat and accelerates wear.
