The Parker PGP350 (formerly Commercial Intertec) is a heavy-duty, fixed-displacement bushing-style gear pump designed for high-pressure, high-performance applications in the most demanding environments. Featuring a rugged three-piece cast iron construction, the PGP350 is specifically engineered for mobile and truck-mounted equipment—such as dump trucks and refuse vehicles—where structural integrity and long-term durability are critical. Its robust design allows it to maintain peak performance under extreme duty cycles, making it the industry standard for PTO-driven systems.
Heavy-Duty Cast Iron Construction:
The PGP350 is built with high-tensile, three-piece cast iron housings. Unlike aluminum alternatives, this rigid construction eliminates "body stretching" and maintains tight internal clearances under high pressure, significantly extending the pump's service life in grueling work conditions.
High-Pressure Capability:
Engineered to handle continuous operating pressures of up to 3,500 PSI (241 bar), the PGP350 provides the necessary force to drive heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders and motors. Its high-alloy steel gears and shafts are induction-hardened to resist wear and fatigue.

Viscosity: Standard ISO VG32 to VG68. The optimal operating range is 100 to 150 SUS (20 to 30 cSt), though it can handle cold starts up to 7,500 SUS (1600 cSt).
Filtration: Cleanliness is vital for bushing lubrication. A minimum filtration of ISO 4406 19/17/14 is recommended to prevent abrasive particles from damaging the internal bushing faces.
The PGP350 series is optimized for engine and PTO speeds, typically operating between 600 RPM and 2,400 RPM.
