1.Do I need to install the Charge Pump separately? What should I pay attention to when replacing it?

No separate installation is needed as it is integrated with the main pump.

During replacement, align the spline shaft precisely, fasten screws with standard torque, keep fitting surface clean and apply proper seal ring to guarantee tight sealing.


2.What preparations are needed before starting the K3SP36C Charge Pump for the first time?

Check pipeline connections to ensure no leakage. Fill qualified hydraulic oil to standard level. Confirm correct rotating direction and exhaust air inside the system. Inspect firm installation and intact filters before startup.
