VG Series Hydraulic Gear Pumps are developed by our company and American Albert Fluid Power Co., LTD. (Ningbo NVICKS Hydraulic Co.,LTD., a wholly owned subsidiary; short for ABT) , cooperated with Zhejiang University . They're high performance internal gear pumps. The technology on the basis of the introduction of Germany to be improved,and we introduced a number of foreign advanced production and testing equipments, to make a pump of high pressure, low noise and low pulse.
Our company has independent intellectual property rights and National Innovation Fund support, widely used in rubber and plastic, die casting, shoe leather, forging, extrusion, bending, plate Shearing machinery and other servo hydraulic system.

Pressure-Compensated Design
Adopting axial and radial pressure compensation design to maintain high volumetric efficiency even at low speed and low viscosity. Ultra-low noise is achieved using high-strength cast iron and a unique internal noise reduction design.
Low Flow and Pressure Pulsation
Very low flow and pressure pulsation, stable flow and pressure output can still be maintained at low speeds. High-pressure design allows maximum working pressure up to 35 MPa.
Wide Speed Range & Modular Design
Wide operating speed range, with maximum speed up to 3000 r/min. Can be combined arbitrarily to form a double pump.
Dual Pump Capability
Can be combined arbitrarily to form a double pump, enabling versatile system integration and multi-function operation.
Contamination Resistance & Long Service Life
It is not sensitive to oil pollution and has a long service life, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications.
