Factory&FAQ

NCB4 pumps are typically packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. The packaging includes:
Protective Wrapping: To safeguard the pump from environmental damage.
Custom Crates: For larger, heavier pumps, ensuring safe handling.
Documentation: Includes installation, maintenance instructions, and warranty details.
Delivery time depends on the model, customizations, and location but typically ranges from 2 to 6 weeks from the order date.
Low Pulsation Flow: The crescent-style internal gear configuration delivers inherently smoother, quieter flow than external gear pumps, reducing system vibration and noise.
High Viscosity Compatibility: Its generous clearances and low-shear design handle thick fluids (up to 300,000 cSt) more efficiently than most external gear pumps, even at low speeds.
Bi-Directional Operation: Unlike many external gear pumps, the NCB4 can run clockwise or counterclockwise, offering greater flexibility for system design and reversing applications.
The NCB4 is optimized for medium-pressure fluid transfer applications:
Continuous Pressure: Up to 6 bar (0.6 MPa / 87 psi).
Intermittent/Peak Pressure: Up to 10 bar (1.0 MPa / 145 psi).
This pressure rating makes it ideal for lubrication, chemical transfer, and general industrial fluid handling systems.
Yes, the NCB4 is a reliable, cost-effective alternative to many popular internal gear pumps. It is often used as a replacement for:
Viking® Internal Gear Pumps (SG4 series).
Blackmer® G Series Internal Gear Pumps.
IMO® Ace Series Pumps.
To ensure a successful swap, verify the Mounting Configuration, Port Size & Orientation, Displacement, and Shaft Type to match your existing system.
To protect the pump’s gears, bushings, and seals, the following is recommended:
Fluid Compatibility: Mineral oils, synthetic oils, lubricants, resins, paints, solvents, and food-grade media (with appropriate seal upgrades).
Viscosity Range: 1–300,000 cSt. Optimal performance is achieved at 10–10,000 cSt.
Filtration: A minimum filtration of ISO 4406 18/16/13 is recommended for most applications to prevent abrasive particles from damaging the gear faces and seals.
The NCB4’s speed is matched to fluid viscosity for optimal performance:
General Operation: 60–600 RPM.
Optimal Speed: 100–300 RPM (balances efficiency, wear, and noise for most fluids).
For high-viscosity fluids (>10,000 cSt): Reduced speeds (60–150 RPM) are recommended to prevent cavitation and excessive torque.

The Green hydraulic pump manufacturing facility is a specialized industrial plant that focuses on producing hydraulic pumps and related components. These factories are equipped with advanced machinery and technology to fabricate high-quality pumps designed for a wide range of applications, from heavy equipment and machinery to automotive and industrial systems.
The production process typically involves precision engineering, where raw materials like metals and alloys are processed into pump components such as gears, pistons, cylinders, and seals. These parts are then assembled into fully functional hydraulic pumps, which are tested for performance and quality control to ensure reliability, efficiency, and durability under various working conditions.
Green Hydraulic's manufacturing facilities for hydraulic pumps maintain stringent quality standards, often adhering to international certifications, to meet the expectations of customers in industries such as construction, agriculture, automotive, and manufacturing.
All hydraulic pumps produced by Green Hydraulic have undergone compliance testing, ensuring their quality and reliability.
To meet the diverse needs of different industries, the green hydraulic offer customization options, such as specialized seals, materials, and pump configurations. These facilities often work closely with engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for specific applications, from high-pressure systems to low-flow, high-efficiency pumps.
Each pump undergoes a rigorous quality control process, where pressure tests and performance assessments are conducted to ensure that the pumps meet the required standards for flow rate, pressure capacity, and durability.
