Massive Cast Iron Construction: The entire three-piece structure (body, flange, and cover) is made of high-tensile cast iron. This prevents the "body stretching" often seen in aluminum pumps, ensuring internal clearances remain tight even under massive shock loads.
High-Capacity Roller Bearings: By using oversized precision roller bearings instead of bushings, the MH30 can support much higher radial shaft loads and is significantly more tolerant of oil contamination and debris.
Superior Modular Scalability: Its design allows for easy "stacking" into multiple sections (tandem or triple pumps), enabling a single drive source to power several independent hydraulic circuits with high flow requirements.
Continuous Pressure: Up to 3,000 PSI (207 bar).
Intermittent/Peak Pressure: Up to 3,250 PSI (224 bar).

To ensure a perfect crossover, you must verify the Mounting Flange (commonly SAE B 2/4-bolt), Shaft Type (typically 13-tooth spline or 7/8" keyed), and Gear Width to confirm displacement.
Oil Type: High-quality, mineral-based hydraulic fluids with strong Anti-Wear (AW) or Extreme Pressure (EP) additives.
Viscosity: Standard ISO VG32 to VG68. The ideal operating range is 100 to 150 SUS (20 to 30 cSt), but it can accommodate cold starts up to 2000 SUS (430 cSt).
Filtration: To protect the roller bearing races from abrasive wear, a filtration level of ISO 4406 19/17/14 (or better) is recommended.
