Full Cast Iron Construction: Unlike aluminum pumps (like the Marzocchi ALP or GHP series), the MH15’s body, flange, and cover are all made of high-tensile cast iron, offering maximum resistance to mechanical fatigue and external impact.

To ensure a match, confirm the Mounting Flange (typically SAE A 2-bolt), Shaft Type (9-tooth spline or 5/8" keyed), and Gear Width (which determines the displacement).
Oil Type: Premium mineral-based hydraulic fluids with high Anti-Wear (AW) additives.
Viscosity: Standard ISO VG32 to VG68. The pump performs best within a viscosity range of 100 to 150 SUS (20 to 30 cSt), but can handle cold starts up to 2000 SUS (430 cSt).
Filtration: Due to the precision roller bearings, maintaining oil cleanliness is critical. A minimum filtration of ISO 4406 19/17/14 (or better) is recommended to prevent debris from damaging the bearing races.
The MH15 is optimized for mid-to-high speed operation, typically ranging from 600 RPM to 2,400 RPM. Its robust internal design allows it to be driven by truck PTOs or industrial electric motors, delivering consistent flow even when the system experiences sudden load changes.
