Q1: What is the main advantage of GBF-F400 gear pump compared with ordinary gear pumps?
A1: This series adopts floating side plate compensation structure, with higher volumetric efficiency, lower noise and smaller pressure loss. It can work stably under high pressure for a long time, with lower failure rate and longer service life than ordinary gear pumps.
Q2: Can you provide customized services?
A2: Yes. We support custom rotation direction, shaft size, mounting flange, oil port thread and special specification parameters. OEM logo and packaging customization are also available.
Q3: What is the product warranty period?
A3: We provide 12 months factory warranty for all GBF-F400 series pumps. During the warranty period, non-human damaged products can enjoy free repair and replacement services.
Q4: How about your delivery time?
A4: Conventional standard models are in stock and can be delivered within 3-5 working days. For bulk orders or customized products, the delivery cycle is 7-15 working days according to the order quantity.
Q5: What kind of hydraulic oil is suitable for this pump?
A5: It is recommended to use anti-wear hydraulic oil with viscosity of 10~200 mm²/s. Clean hydraulic oil can effectively extend the service life of the pump. It is forbidden to use inferior and impurity-containing hydraulic oil.
Q6: Do you provide after-sales technical support?
A6: Yes. We have a professional technical team to provide 24-hour online technical guidance, including equipment installation, debugging, fault diagnosis and daily maintenance guidance.
