CIT Check Valve OVERVIEW

CIT series in‑line check valve is a threaded‑connection one‑way hydraulic valve. It permits free oil flow in one direction and completely blocks reverse‑flow inside hydraulic circuits. This valve effectively protects hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors and other components from back‑flow damage and maintains stable system pressure. With compact inline‑style carbon‑steel body, it can be directly installed in oil pipelines without extra mounting plates. The CIT Check Valve is an in‑line threaded‑type hydraulic one‑way valve. It permits hydraulic oil to flow freely in one direction while completely blocking reverse‑flow in hydraulic circuits. It is used to protect pumps, cylinders and hydraulic components, hold system pressure, and widely fitted in industrial, construction and agricultural hydraulic systems.

The CIT Check Valve adopts compact inline‑threaded structure, which can be directly installed into hydraulic pipelines without extra mounting plate. It features low‑pressure drop, excellent reverse‑flow sealing performance and zero‑leakage. Multiple cracking‑pressure options and thread sizes are available. Made of high‑strength carbon‑steel body and high‑quality seals, it runs reliably under heavy‑duty working conditions and requires little maintenance.

3. What is the working pressure range of CIT Check Valve ?

The maximum working pressure of CIT Check Valve reaches 25 MPa. Multiple optional cracking pressures are available including 0.05 MPa, 0.35 MPa, 0.5 MPa and 5.0 MPa to meet different circuit requirements.


4. Can CIT Check Valve replace other brands?

The CIT Check‑Valve can replace most mainstream equivalent in‑line check valves. Before replacement, please verify key parameters including working pressure, cracking pressure, thread size and flow rate. Custom‑made solutions are also available if your installation requirements are special.

5. What is the Response / Switching frequency of CIT Check Valve ?

The CIT Check Valve is a spring‑loaded poppet‑type valve. Its typical closing response time is about 15‑30 ms when flow reverses. It is designed for static back‑flow prevention and pressure‑holding circuits, not for high‑frequency cyclic switching. Frequent fast‑opening‑closing operation is not recommended, otherwise valve chatter and accelerated wear may occur.
