DCV40 Hydraulic Valve OVERVIEW

The DCV40 series monoblock multi-way valves are integrated high-pressure hydraulic control components with a rated flow of 40L/min and maximum working pressure up to 35MPa. Manufactured with one-piece cast iron valve bodies, they feature compact structure and high integration. Available in 1 to 7 sections for customized configuration, the valves can synchronously control multiple hydraulic cylinders and motors, serving as core control parts for small and medium-flow hydraulic systems.

Equipped with an integrated main relief valve for stepless system pressure adjustment, the valve supports parallel and series-parallel composite oil circuits. A standard power beyond port is reserved to supply oil to external hydraulic components. Multiple control options are available, including manual, pneumatic, hydraulic and electro-hydraulic control, suitable for local operation, remote electric control and wireless pneumatic control. Widely applied to truck-mounted cranes, wreckers, sanitation vehicles, water well drilling rigs, tractors, loaders and other small construction machinery.
