1. What is the Q35&75&95 Control Valve ?
Q35, Q75 and Q95 are compact monoblock hydraulic directional control valve series for mobile machinery. They cover nominal flow of 35 L/min,75 L/min and 95 L/min with max pressure up to 315 bar. Available with 1‑6 spools, supporting manual, pneumatic or solenoid control. Built‑in relief and load‑check valves protect hydraulic circuits. Widely used for tractors, loaders and other farm & construction mobile equipment for OEM assembly and aftermarket replacement.
2. What makes the Q35&75&95 Control Valve ?
This monoblock valve family covers three flow grades (35 L/min,75 L/min,95 L/min) to match diverse mobile machine requirements. Robust cast‑iron monoblock housing delivers good vibration resistance for harsh field working conditions. Multiple control selections including manual, pneumatic, electro‑pneumatic and solenoid for local or remote operation. Optional built‑in relief, load‑check, anti‑shock and anti‑cavitation valves protect cylinders and hydraulic circuits. Various spool functions such as spring‑return, detent and float position are available. Direct interchangeable with original Q‑series valves, suitable for both OEM assembly and aftermarket repair work.
3. What is the working pressure range of Q35&75&95 Control Valve ?
Rated operating pressure is 250 bar (3625 PSI).
Maximum working pressure for A/B working ports reaches 315 bar (4568 PSI).
4. Can Q35&75&95 Control Valve replace other brands?
Our Q35, Q75 and Q95 monoblock valves are fully interchangeable with original Walvoil Q‑series units, matching port sizes, mounting dimensions and spool characteristics for direct drop‑in replacement.
It cannot directly substitute other brand monoblock valves without modification, due to different mounting hole layout, port thread specification and internal spool metering profile. If you plan to replace valves from other manufacturers, adaptors or custom‑modified spools will be required. OEM and custom modifications are available upon your technical drawings or sample reference.
5. What is the typical speed range of Q35&75&95 Control Valve ?
The Q35‑75‑95 is a monoblock hydraulic directional valve without rotating parts itself. Its applicable speed refers to the driving speed of the matched hydraulic pump. Recommended pump operating speed ranges from 600 rpm to 2200 rpm. Optimal performance occurs at 1200‑1800 rpm. Continuous operation above 2300 rpm is not advised, as excessive flow will cause high pressure loss, noise and accelerated component wear.
6. Do you provide OEM or customized services?
Yes, we offer complete OEM and customized services for Q35&75&95 control valve. We support adjustment of spool quantity, spool functions, relief valve pressure setting, and multiple control options including manual, pneumatic and solenoid versions. Custom logo marking, special port connections and modified surface treatment are also available. Please provide technical drawings or sample requirements for non‑standard modifications, we will confirm feasibility and production lead‑time accordingly.

The Green hydraulic pump manufacturing facility is a specialized industrial plant that focuses on producing hydraulic pumps and related components. These factories are equipped with advanced machinery and technology to fabricate high-quality pumps designed for a wide range of applications, from heavy equipment and machinery to automotive and industrial systems.
The production process typically involves precision engineering, where raw materials like metals and alloys are processed into pump components such as gears, pistons, cylinders, and seals. These parts are then assembled into fully functional hydraulic pumps, which are tested for performance and quality control to ensure reliability, efficiency, and durability under various working conditions.
