1. What is the ANTEY Series Gear Pump ?
The ANTEY Series Gear Pump is an upgraded external‑gear hydraulic pump based on classic NSH pump design. It adopts GOST standard mounting, mainly used for MTZ, Kirovets and other heavy‑duty Eastern‑European tractors. Available in single‑section and double‑section types, it provides reliable hydraulic power for steering and lifting circuits under harsh agricultural working conditions.
2. What makes the ANTEY Series Gear Pump ?
It is an improved iteration of the traditional NSH gear pump. Optimized internal structure extends service life. Built‑to‑GOST splined shaft and mounting dimensions enable direct OEM replacement for Eastern‑European tractors. High‑strength aluminum housing ensures stable performance in dusty, heavy‑load farm operating environments. Single‑section and double‑section configurations cover a wide displacement range for diverse application demands.
3. What is the working pressure range of ANTEY Series Gear Pump ?
Its continuous working pressure is 200-220 bar, and the intermittent peak pressure ranges from 250 bar to 280 bar. Do not keep the pump running continuously under peak‑pressure condition.
4. Can ANTEY Series Gear Pump replace other brands?
Yes. It fully follows GOST installation standards, directly interchangeable with original NSH‑series pumps and other equivalent aftermarket gear pumps for MTZ, Kirovets tractors. Keep the same displacement, shaft spline, rotation direction and port layout for drop‑in replacement. Not compatible with non‑GOST standard hydraulic pumps.
5. What is the typical speed range of ANTEY Series Gear Pump ?
The maximum allowable rotational speed is 3000 rpm. Its recommended operating speed range is 600‑2500 rpm for stable service life. Avoid long‑term operation close to maximum speed.
