Rugged Cast Iron Housing: Unlike aluminum pumps that can suffer from body deflection at high pressures, the 26001’s cast iron frame maintains tight internal clearances, ensuring consistent performance and a longer service life under continuous high-pressure duty cycles.
Pressure-Balanced Wear Plate Design: It uses pressure-compensated wear plates that automatically adjust internal clearances, reducing internal bypass and friction. This improves efficiency and reduces wear, even in applications with moderate fluid contamination.
Field-Reversible Rotation: The 26001 can be easily converted between clockwise and counterclockwise rotation without changing parts, offering greater installation flexibility compared to many fixed-rotation aluminum pumps.

Viscosity: Standard ISO VG32 to VG68. The optimal operating range is 100 to 150 SUS (20 to 30 cSt).
Filtration: Cleanliness is vital. A minimum filtration of ISO 4406 18/16/13 is recommended to prevent abrasive particles from damaging the gear faces and wear plates.
