The VP Series (Variable Displacement Vane Pumps) from Green Hydraulic are designed for high-efficiency hydraulic performance, offering precise control over flow and pressure by automatically adjusting output according to system load. High Efficiency and Energy Saving: The flow rate automatically decreases as pressure increases, reducing power loss and heat generation caused by excess oil flowing back to the tank via the relief valve.
Low Noise: Thanks to the structural characteristics of the vane pump, its operating noise is quieter than gear pumps, typically between 60-70 dB.
Compact Structure: The pump body is small and usually integrates pressure and flow regulating valves, eliminating the need for complex external control circuits.
Fast Response: Pressure compensation reacts quickly, making it suitable for machinery with frequent operating cycles.
