1. What is the maximum operating pressure of the CBT-F300 series?
The CBT-F300 series is designed for heavy-duty use and typically offers a rated pressure of 16–20MPa and a maximum peak pressure of up to 25MPa(3500psi). 
2. What hydraulic fluid should I use, and how often should I change it?
Use only premium, anti-wear hydraulic oil with a viscosity typically in the range of 10–68cSt depending on operating temperatures. Routine maintenance, including fluid and filter replacement, should be performed every 500 to 1,000 operating hours to ensure maximum volumetric efficiency. 
3. Why is the gear pump generating excessive noise or vibration?
Excessive noise is often caused by air entering the suction line, cavitation due to a restricted inlet filter, or a misaligned drive shaft. Ensure all inlet connections are perfectly sealed, the oil is clean, and the installation concentricity is within pm ±0.05 mm. 
4. What are the common drive shaft options for CBT-F300 pumps?
These pumps can be customized for different prime movers. Common shaft types include straight shafts (keyed), flat shafts, and splined shafts 
5. Can the driving shaft withstand radial and axial forces ?
No. The driving shaft of the CBT-F300 pump is not designed to withstand external radial or axial forces. During installation, always use a flexible coupling and ensure there is no axial obstruction between the shaft end and the coupling hub. 
6. What is the recommended inlet (suction) condition for this pump?
The pump's oil suction height should not exceed0.5 meters. The inlet pipe diameter must be sized to ensure the fluid flow rate does not exceed 2 m/s to prevent cavitation
7. What are the installation requirements for VVS pumps

Standard mounting: ISO 3019/2 or SAE flange

Rotation direction: right-hand (clockwise)

No radial or axial load should be applied to the shaft

1.How does the variable displacement work?

The pump's flow is adjusted by changing the angle of an internal swash plate. As the swash plate angle changes, the stroke length of the pistons varies, which in turn changes the volume of fluid displaced per rotation, allowing the flow rate to adapt to the system's needs.
